Episode 12: Do you know someone who doesn’t eat well? Maybe it’s your college kid, maybe it’s you, maybe it’s someone you know. The lack of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet can quickly cause some incredibly disgusting effects on your body in as little as 1-3 months!! And when you combine a crappy diet with alcohol and/or smoking– oh man – I’m not going spoil it but it’s epically awful. Don’t discuss this one at dinner!

Yep, I’m talking about scurvy. The struggle is still real in 2021.
